Many have  seen the art work of Christie Barnes from her movie and television concept design.  Or families may know her parenting books.  Christie Barnes has had successful careers as an author of New York TImes & Readers Digest acclaimed parenting guides and as an acclaimed artist, selected for the elite international ART BASEL Emerging Artist, 2024, Miami.   Also, she  is executor of the plays, movies and television of her late husband, the Oscar anm.  d Emmy nominated and  award-winning writer Peter Barnes, with whom she worked in theatre, television and film for many years.

Emerging Artists

Barnes was the July 2024 winner of the NEF Vodka International Art Award.  She was also named overall finalist.  She is sponsored at ART BASEL The Hive, as an emerging artist at the top art fair in the world.

She also has international commendations for two years from the Luxembourg Art Prize and is starting to be covered internationally.
