Christie Barnes Author Artist
Most have probably seen the art work of Christie Barnes from her movie and television concept design. Or families may know her parenting books. Christie Barnes has had successful careers as an author of New York TImes & Readers Digest acclaimed parenting guides and as an artist, first as a CG concept artist and design consultant for the BBC, NBC, ABC and film, and now as a fine artist, finding new fulfillment in prestigious gallery shows alongside top national fine artists. Also, she is executor of the plays, movies and television of her late husband, the Oscar and Emmy nominated and award-winning writer Peter Barnes, with whom she worked in theatre, television and film for many years.
